The technical test product instead contains the TXT/ZIP test files described in its offer. Internet access is required to download. Currently five download attempts per file are permitted. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right, inform Payhip Limited (Payhip Limited, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom; contact@payhip.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or email. You may use the model form below, but it is optional. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal before the deadline. The online withdrawal function is at https://torsten-schoenberg.de/musik-widerruf/?lang=en. Review your details and choose “Confirm withdrawal”. An acknowledgement containing your declaration, date and time is sent by email without undue delay.
Following a valid withdrawal, all payments received must be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal. Reimbursement uses the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No reimbursement fee is charged. Torsten Schönberg handles the refund through the payment provider.
For paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal is lost early if you expressly consented to performance before the fourteen-day period ends, acknowledged losing the right when performance begins, were provided the required contract confirmation including those declarations, and the download has actually begun. Ticking a box or supplying a link alone does not start the download. Statutory remedies for faulty files remain available. Any additional voluntary refund is assessed individually.
The Payhip End User Licence grants a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence. Rights in the content remain with the content provider. Distribution, publication and resale require the relevant permission. Licence: https://payhip.com/terms/end-user. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
